First try was not terribly impressive. A little thin and not up to par to examples from Washington State, California and So. France. A disappointment.
Not a good buy. Marketed as a "green" alternative. Would rather drink something with a bigger carbon footprint that tasted like a decent Merlot.
This wine was packaged with two other PET bottled "green" wines. I found it to be sufficiently interesting in the Rhone style.
Lots of fruit - black cherry
This wine was recommended to me by my Argentine friends and I haven't been disappointed. Nice black cherry and supple with round moth-feel and complexity. It's a steal at under $15.
Austere, yet enough fruit to balance. Great wine for the $
I just opened this wine and have found it very nice. In the California Chard style but with sufficient acidity and crispness to balance out the toast and butter. Used it to deglaze a nice shrimp scampi and served it with the meal. I would definitely buy again!
Nice blackberry with a hint of olives and herbs. I really enjoyed this wine and it has a great quality for the price.
