Riesling is my favorite type of white wine and this is pretty close to excellent.... I like the balance between tart and fruity it has and when chilled it is close to perfection. There is a crispness of apple and a little lime to balance it out....I wish I could say I'm good at wine tasting but I just enjoy wine and not an expert at all. I was once told that white wine is for summer and reds are for winter but this is fantastic at any time. If you like Riesling you will love this.
