Steve enjoys old wines, especially Burgundies from pre-1970. His 1000 bottle cellar focuses on Bordeaux, Burgundy and cabs, mostly pre-1980. For younger drinking he enjoys a big, complex Shiraz now and then. For twenty years he has judged the Florida International Wine Competition, where each year about 1800 wines are entered from all over the world.
