Travelled a lot in my youth until moved to America in the 80s. Still get an occasional trip overseas. Miss the foodand wine of Europe. Middle East and Asia tremedously. Live in MA for last 10 years, and still in search of an eatery that stores/serves any of it's wines at the right temp.
Dry, oaky, smooth red. Very dry white, not fruity. Champagne, light and smooth, not sweet, medium bubbly. The Moet and Chandon Pink variety and Pol Roger Winston Churchill are my current favs.
