Biography:
Currently, I'm in the dissertation phase of my doctoral journey, with hopes of completing this academic journey by July/August of 2012. This accomplishment is the fulfillment of a 27-year dream!

I enjoy good wine in good company! Good wine is better when shared with friends. Further, I enjoy the confluence of the various fruits with firm acidity. Hence, my enduring enjoyment of Chianti.

I've held this in my chiller for over 2 years and was not disappointed in such patient resolve! An intriguing nose of deep red fruit, chocolate, and an aromatic tobacco. Engaging balance of fruit and tannins, with a long, inviting finish! I've one bottle left, I wonder how it will develop with another year or two?

The nose is most engaging; certainly indicative of the terroir. There is this wonderful confluence of lime and chili pepper. The flavors of a juicy lime are first encountered, which quickly gives way to a delicious spiciness that seems to expand the soft palate. The finish; however, is that of a rich loaminess. This wine was enjoyed by all with whom it was shared.
