I am the Director of Customer Service for wine.com and have enjoyed working in our San Francisco corporate office sinCe December of 2005. I have been in the Customer Service industry my entire working life. I enjoy people and work to help in any way I can when faced with challenges. Working at wine.com has allowed me to expand my knowledge about wine, which is an ongoing life experience. I enjoy wine and am most certainly an "enthusiast" at this point. It is nice to be surrounded by experts that test my knowledge daily!
It's not as much about the wine itself, as it is the experience I am sharing. A nice glass of wine with wonderful friends is priceless.
