Long-time enjoyer of a variety of beer and liquor who's tastes have evolved over time. I really enjoy white wines: specifically Chardonnay's and Rieslings. I am not a fan of red wines, per say, but i am always willing to try red wines at wine tastings. Rose's, as well as blended wines, provide an interesting contrast to my white wine preference. My palate is in training!
I prefer Chardonnay's and Rieslings. I love the variety one can find in the same region in the same country.
