What a delightful surprise! I am not a huge chardonnay fan so was really surprised at the delicate balance of flavor in the (sparkling) Sofia! We served it a little chilled and at it's coldest the drier qualities came out. As the wine warmed slighly the hint of peach, and overtones of pineapple became clearly evident. I absolutely adore the crisp finish! This is truly one of the most enjoyable, affordable Blanc De Blanc's I have had in a long time! My husband chose this on a whim and I am so glad he did!
