Started to appreciate wine and develop a pallet when I moved from NY to California about 15 years ago. Now I hope to combine my finish carpentry skills with my love for wine to build wine cellars and help wineries build and remodel their facilities. Cheers!!!
I love the varieties and complexities...basically I smile when the nose is beautiful and when the flavors match it...mmmmm! I hope to learn to grow vines and make wine soon.
