I live in Seattle, WA so have great local wines available from the Northwest. I've discovered that I need to buy the items on my wish lists more quickly before the vintages sell out. Some restaurants I enjoy in Seattle: Purple Cafe, Lark, Palace Kitchen, Harvest Vine. I also like El Gaucho for the crazy complimentary cheese and fruit platter they give you *after* your slab of steak. You feel like a Roman emperor or something. Biggest meals so far in Seattle: Lampreia, Canlis.
