at a bargain price! tasted like a more expensive wine, with its coomplex flavors. definitely will buy again.

I don't know if it's because it's a Chenin Blanc wine or what, but I didn't enjoy this wine at all. I was expecting something light and slightly sweet but instead it starts of dry and has no middle palate. The taste goes bitter after a while.

finally opened my bottle of Evolution last night and I'm not sure which makes me sadder...waiting this long to do it or finishing the bottle! great, smooth wine. not overly sweet or dry, just the right combination that creates an interesting, different taste. we had udon with mushrooms and tofu last night and it paired wonderfully. I'll need to order more of this wine and make it my "house white". more interesting than a standard Riesling or Chardonnay.
