www.senelwine.blogspot.com Erol Senel is a husband, a father, a professional, and a student of wine. He started his wine journey during the summer of 2002. During that summer he spent many weekends with his friend dreaming big dreams while experiencing some very nice wines. It was during this time that he was drawn to the history, class, and warmth that wine provided. This passion continued to grow as did Erol's desire to incorporate his passion for wine into his professional life. After many years of studying the history, numerous tastings, wine courses, and travel, Erol decided to start collecting and sharing his wine experiences on a grand scale. Through what has evolved into the "Wine Extravaganza" wine dinner series, Erol has brought many of his friends along for the ride. Through this series, which includes tastings of unique and highly-rated wines, his belief that wine can enhance any meal and bring out the best in people was again confirmed. His desire to move to the professional realm was rekindled. In the Spring of 2009 Erol began his career as a freelance wine consultant when he began his tenure as remote wine director at Juniper's at the Wildflower Inn in Vermont. Their new and exciting wine list was launched in late June 2009.
