I am a young thirty-something, amateur wine enthusiast by standard, that enjoys celebrating with good friends over good meals. International travel has allowed me to taste wine from many different vineyards, I find new favorites with each experience along the way. Some of my purchases here at wine.com have contributed to new tastes as well as my trusty standbys. I enjoy the ones that remind me of a particular place, experience or person that I have visited or shared with. My favorites consist of reds mainly, Cabernet's, Shiraz, Zin and Pinot's round out my top picks but I do enjoy an occasional white, especially when cracking stone crab claws by the sea or slurping Boston conch chowder in the Keys. But typically I prefer any Cab that comes out of Napa Valley.
