What I like about wine:

Wine is a mystery and like a little gift. Every bottle is a new adventure and I get excited upon opening a bottle of something new to me. I have only had 2 spectacular wines in my life and they are so rare. Here's to finding the next spectacular wine!

I usually do not drink whites but, this was an experiment and what a pleasant one it was! Beautiful, light amber color. Crisp, not too dry, not too sweet. Just a very pretty wine. I will buy this one again!

I am just getting reacquainted with whites and this one was a good one to get started with! Floral and fruity aroma (I don't know where the other reviewer got 'earth'). Dry, not too dry and just the right amount of sweet. Strong pear aroma. I think this would go great with a fruit and cheese plate and I think it would be awesome with blue cheese and pears!
