I've been drinking, collecting, and reading about wine for 25 years; I'm 45 now with a lovely family and a decent sized wine closet in my basement.
Wine is food and I en joy preparing and matching foods. I'm not a fan of U.S. wines; I prefer to drink Italian and French wines.
