I love wine in most forms except Cab and Merlot. I am partial to red wine from Italy, especially varietals from Piedmonte. I have had wine on 3 continents of all flavors and sizes and frankly, some of the best wine I have ever tasted didn't come from a world famous vineyard. They were locally made wines from the small villages of France and Italy that time forgot. I really love to share my experiences with others, especially those who share my enthusiasm for wine. I also love to bring new people into the world of good wine. If you have reviewed any of the wine's on my list, please share your experience with those wines. I love to hear what others think about wines we have shared in common. I am no master somm by any means, but, I try to be as objective as possible when writing a review. In the end, it's all a matter of personal preference. If you have had a wine that does not appear on my list and you think it was worth trying, please let me know. Im always looking for another good wine to add to my list.
Galileo once said "wine is sunlight held together by water." That is so true. Every bottle is a surprise.
