I've worked in wineries and cooked in resturants--nothing appalls me more than wine snob wannabes, who ruin good wine and good food by trying to impress folks who know less than they do--wine should be foods' best friend. Don't be ashamed of good wine that isn't a big oaky white or a tannic red!
