If you are looking for a wine that won't break the bank, that can be enjoyed now, but will taste even better with some cellaring, then this might be worth looking at. gobs of black fruit, and rich chocolate notes enveloped in young, unresolved tannins. A touch edgy, but enjoyable at the same time. If you like fruit-forward styles this will please.

I poured this wine today for myself and my entire harvest crew for lunch. It was well received- a true food wine. Good acid that can hold up well to most foods. Not flawed in any way. Bright cherry notes. Clean. Well-made with good fruit typicity. It is a lighter style, with red fruit and cranberry notes. I would think of this wine as a cheaper substitute for Pinot noir in most pairings.

Concentrated, young and lush with supple tannins and a great length. The fruit leans toward the brambly side without being over-concentrated or alcoholic. Nice balance of oak. Well-made for drinking young, but definitely a wine that can be cellared for years.
