very well recieved with a ground sirloin, doesnt scare off the sauteed onions, but go easy on the peppers in the au jus
definately taste thegrapefruit in this one, hangs on well, good pairing with talapia, or halibut
this peppery, blackberryish, wine is amazing, might be priced out of some ranges, but worth the cost for a special night with friends
Good hearty flovor with a slight spiciness. not overwhelmingly sweet or dry.
tasted with talapia vera cruz, accented well with the fresh homemade salsa, brought out the bell peppers very well, would recommend with a creamy pasta, or even our new york steak. easily matches up with our menu, and also a good sipping wine.
on of our more popular basic red. if you can call it basic.pairs well with prime rib, salmon, peppercorn steak, and tenderloin. A little rich, but finishes well, and doesnt dry out your mouth like would be expected. very well recieved, and a keeper for all budgets.
one of our more popular hose reds for someone wanting a oaky ,mildly peppered pair with beef
fresh, fruity, very crisp excellent pre-dinner wine.
heavy peppered llavor easy with roasts
tasted the 2004 vintage, at our wine tasting, very good reviews
paired with a london broil, with peppercorn dry rub,
very hot, peppery, spice is well tempered. finish is a bit shallow, but overall a good pair with beef.
very good sweet summer day wine, light and easy
