Shortly - and simply - the FINEST Sauvignon Blanc I've ever experienced is Nautilus. Had it in a restaurant in SF, CA about 5 years ago and have been in love with it ever since.

The Verduzzo does something to the Pinot Grigio that really makes it food friendly. I was surprised just how good it was. A great value for the price.

I have a knowledgable friend who runs a wine shop in Toledo, OH who introduced me to this fabulous wine. My oenophile wife and I enjoyed a bottle with a triple cream brie, blackberry confit, and a baguette. It was fantastic. Luka is very soft for such a young wine. After tasting this wine I went back and purchased the remaining bottles in their inventory. I keep telling myself I'm going to cellar it for a few years, but I can't stop drinking it. I have one bottle left and I don't know how long I can hold out.

I brought this wine to a get together with friends and my bottle was the first to go, everyone thought this was a superb Chard,and for the price,WOW> Very buttery and great flavors of apples and pears and a slight citrus taste on the end.
