Just lush in general. This Shiraz would definately benefit from an additional 2-3 years of cellaring. After first taste I let it decanter for a little over an hour. Make sure you do the same as the wine completely opens up. On the nose I got some oak, clove and black cherry. On the palette it tasted mostly of plum and had such a nice jammy texture. Legs were pretty firm. I have got to say I just loved this wine. Get yourself a bottle. PS. Don't buy on a date. Definately stains your teeth!

A deep leathery quality for a mild to medium bodied wine. The smoked cherry-tobacco flavor was almost overpowering. May improve with some air time.

Who would've guessed? I really enjoyed this wine. Very well Balanced. Powerful yet refined dark fruits. Tobacco middle with a round extended finish. Would like to have this as an everyday wine.

A little too bitter, but should smooth out if aged. Earthy, smoky aroma with hints of tobacco; medium body with robust flavors of black berries, oak, and pepper.

Not too fruity but more a burst of tobacco and wood with a bit of leather on the finish. My only complaint is that it is a bit thin on the entry and mid-palate.

This garnet-hued chianti has a fruity aroma and flavors of cranberry and pomegranate with a hint of tobacco. It's soft on the palate with a spicy finish but lacks the stout body of a good chianti.
