I had this at a tasting with 100 Champagnes, 15 being over $100/bottle. (Cristal, Dom...) This was my #3 of the entire tasting. Nose of whipped cream, toast and citrus. Full bodied, balanced and refreshing. This is one of the few well priced wines from wine.com.

I was turned on to this wine about three weeks ago, and I can't get enough of it. It has a nice, fine line between subtleness and complexity. Good fruit and floral nose up-front but not a "fruit bomb" of a wine as some cabernet's can be. Great mid palate, and smooth, long finish. I get a bit of cocoa on the finish which I find to be great. Stands up well to food or a great "sipping" wine as well. I recommend this wine highly, especially for the price range!

Rutini Chardonnay de 2004 très sympa. A boire avec du saumon ou un autre plat léger. Testé au Teatrix à Buenos Aires...
