Alcohol By Volume: 10.0%

Alcohol By Volume Guide

  • 10%
  • 16+%
Most wine ranges from 10-16% alcohol by volume. Some varietals tend to have higher (for example Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon) or lower alcohol levels (Pinot Noir and many white varietals), but there is always some variation from producer to producer. Some wine falls outside of this range, for instance Port weighs in closer to 20%, while Muscat and Riesling are usually a bit below 10%.

Winemaker's Notes

Racy notes of lime, apple, honey, and lively slate minerality. Vibrant acidity is balanced by just a touch of sweetness that will leave your palate satisfied and refreshed.

Rating:

This is hands-down the best Riesling on the market at this price point. All the fruit comes from the Middle Mosel (the best sites for the grape) and it has the perfect combo of sugar and acid. Ripe tangerine, with a zesty lemon kick. For anyone who likes their wine just a touch sweet.
