Blame it on Passion Zefina Winery was born from the simple desire to make unique handcrafted wines with grapes grown exclusively at one of the state’s finest vineyards—Alder Ridge. There, the grapes hang long on the vine, where they ripen to perfection. With just one look at the vines stretching across the hillside, the prospect of making seriously amazing wines was clear as day. Simply put, we had to create Zefina Winery—Passion drove us to it.
