The 2007 growing season was warm and dry giving early development of fruit flavor at balanced alcohol levels.

Aromas of dark cherry, raspberry and vanilla bean with a soft dusty earthy complexity. The palate demonstrates a medium bodied, delicate effort with soft tannin and well balanced fruit expressive of the cool climate terroir.

Yering Station is known for their amazing Pinots. Having spent time at Yering Station on a recent trip to OZ, I fell in love with both their wine making and their wines. This pinot noir is a really lovely example of their $30 wine. And, at almost 1/2 of the list price in OZ, I selfishly want to keep this little gem to myself.
