The Yering Station Pinot Noir 2001 is ruby red and has uplifted aromas of black cherry, and plum. The nose also has complex floral undertones with hints of spice and tar. The palate is intense, rich and well balanced. Red berries are the dominant flavour, with an attractive savoury, spicy finish. A rich, silky and elegant wine that will gain intensity and palate length with further bottle age.
