Nose: Chardonnay fruit characters of peach and melon but with more citrus fruit flavors of grapefruit and lemon than in previous vintages.

Color: Golden straw.

Palate: Refreshing, crisp acidity and rounded creaminess complemented by the subtle influence of both French and American oak.

Food Suggestions: Fresh salmon or blanquette de veau (veal in white sauce).

Serving Temperature: Refrigerate one hour before serving.

Cellaring: Enjoy now or cellar 2-5 years.
