The 2006 Yarden Pinot Noir presents attractive
raspberry and blackberry notes layered with
characters of violets and spices, rounded out by a
hint of freshly baked bread. This medium-bodied
wine is complex, elegant and flavorful.
Enjoyable now, the 2006 Yarden Pinot Noir will
improve over the coming years and remain in good
drinking condition for five to eight years.
Try the wine with a variety of smoked, wood-roasted or braised meats seasoned with earthy wild mushrooms, rosemary and thyme.
Yarden Pinot Noir also goes well with moderately intense cheeses such as Gruyere.
