Winemaker's Notes

Made from organically grown grapes from two South Australian Riverland vineyards which have been certified by the Soil Association of the UK and NASAA Australia as approved organic producers. Made with organic wine techniques this wine was fermented with indigenous yeast and little intervention from the winemaker. Suitable for vegetarians & vegans.

Critical Acclaim

"Smooth and silky, this is generous with its pear, lemon curd and floral aromas and flavors, coursing gently through the long, expressive finish. Drink until 2011."

Very lightly sweet and crisply dry. We really, really enjoyed this one, and one of us does not like sweet wines, nor the other, dry. It's an excellent balance in this bottle.
