Winemaker's Notes

The wine is pale gold in color with green highlights, with a nose displaying aromas of apricot nectar, lifted honeysuckle and orange oil perfume. The palate is long, rich and luscious with intense stone fruit flavors, particularly white peach and apricot, finishing with an aromatic citrus freshness.

Critical Acclaim

"Verges on aristocratic, with razor sharp varietal characteristic on bouquet and palate, then quite a savory finish. This is a rare food-style Viognier."
93 Points

"
#55 Wine Spectator Top 100 of 2008

Smooth and silky, this is generous with its pear, lemon curd and floral aromas and flavors, coursing gently through the long, expressive finish. Drink now through 2011."
