The 2005 Wolf Blass Presidents Selection Shiraz is rich
red in color with deep purple hues. The wine displays
aromas of raspberries and plums supported by varietal
characteristic white pepper and spice notes. The palate
is rich, round and soft, with concentrated berry fruit
and great length of flavor. 14 months barrel
maturation in seasoned and new American and French
oak has enhanced the complexity and integration of the
fine, velvety tannins.
Suggested food: Eye-fillet steak with peppercorn sauce
Cellaring: Enjoy now or cellar for up to five to seven years.
