Nose: Chocolate/mint and plummy character. Color: Dark, rich red. Palate: Rich with exceptional depth of fruit, and the finish is soft and rounded. The wine is an excellent example of beautiful fruit and new oak barrel fermentation. Food Suggestions: Roasted venison, full-flavored meat and game dishes. Serving Temperature: Room temperature. Cellaring: 5-15 years |
