1989 Willow Creek Vineyard was established. 12 acres of Pinot Noir 12 acres of Chardonnay 8 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon.
1990 Willow Creek Vineyard joined the MPVA (Mornington Peninsula Vigneron Association) 1991 The first vintage recorded with 20 tons of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon harvested.
1992 The cellar door was opened in the old tractor shed with Cabernet Sauvignon and Tulum Chardonnay on tasting.
1992-1997 Our vintages increased each year with the wine being made off site. A portion of the grape harvest was sold to off set vintage costs. For marketing, we relied solely on show results, word of mouth, tasting in liquor stores around Melbourne, wine dinners and participation in regional fairs etc.
1998 Major development took place when the winery, barrel room, restaurant and cellar door were built.
1998-2000 Willow Creek Vineyard working tirelessly to create the "Willow Creek Experience" which means that visitors to our vineyard leave Willow Creek having had a memorable and enjoyable experience.
