Charming aromas of fresh nectarine cobbler, guava, pineapples and nice toasty marshmallow fill the nose in your glass. The rich full flavors of ripe pineapples, white nectarine, mineral and toasted bread linger on the palate. A rich and creamy mouthfeel of fresh fruits is complemented by mouth watering acidity in the finish. A very complex wine from older vines planted in wonderful Goldridge soils in western Russian River Valley.
"Vivid yellow-gold. Pungent aromas of orange zest, toasted almond and white flowers. Plush and broad on entry, then tighter in the mid-palate, with very good energy and freshness to its peach, citrus fruit and honey flavors. Finishes chewy and long, with subtle spiciness and slow-building minerality. This wine usually shows more exotic character according to Cabral, but I welcome its vivacity."
