Our 1999 Central Coast Chardonnay displays cool climate fruit aromas of pineapple, mango, citrus fruit and ripe apple. Rich flavors of pear, apple and allspice are supported by a creamy, lees-textured mouth feel and pleasant, mineral aftertaste.
This multi-dimensional wine can be enjoyed with a wide range of foods. The balanced acidity provides a perfect foil for grilled or sautéed fish and shellfish, pork roast and poultry.
