Our 1998 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits aromas of cedar, mocha and caraway seed with fruit flavors reminiscent of baked plum and cherry pie. The finish is supple, with fine-grain tannins providing an elegant mouthfeel. After extensive blending trials, a small portion of Malbec and Cabernet Franc were included so as to accentuate the fruit and spice characters of the finished wine.
