Bold and fruit-forward in style, the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of cherry, mint and clove and flavors of black currant, black cherry, cedar and vanilla. It is full-bodied and finishes with polished, chewy tannins. The deep fruit and balanced acidity of this wine makes it a perfect match for a wide range of foods including grilled New York Strip Steak and red wine-braised lamb shanks.
