The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon displays graceful aromas of cherry, plum and vanilla. It has
aromas of black cherry and toasty oak. On the palate, the wine is plush with pleasing flavors of plum,
blackberry and creamy oak. These wonderful fruit flavors balance beautifully with the soft structure and
lingering finish. Enjoy now and for the several years to come.
Blend: 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 4% Malbec, 2 % Petit Verdot
"This lush, attractive Cabernet impresses for its explosion of blackberry, cherry, cassis and dark chocolate flavors that are so rich and fine. It’s almost sweet, but stands back at the last second, making the finish dry and spicy. A beautiful wine for drinking now and over the next 4–6 years."

Either way, this grape is responsible, as a whole or a partner, for some of the greatest wines in the world. In Bordeaux,...Read More About Cabernet Sauvignon
