Winemaker's Notes:

 A vibrant nose with lemon grass and key lime aromatics. Lively kiwi, gooseberry and tangerine notes are integrated with hints of sugar cane. Bright acidity balances lingering citrus on the finish.

Pair with crab cakes, sushi, pasta with spring vegetables and grilled chicken.
