Winemaker's Notes

A blend of Sonoma & Marin County fruit. In this vintage the wine is a temptress. It has intense aromas of sweet black cherries, light smoke, intermixed with hints of coffee. As it opens up, a refined yet exotic elegance speaks for itself. It explodes with elements of delicious cherries, blackberries, and a hint of delicate violet flowers and spice. It's exceedingly complex. Folks, to me the silky finish epitomizes what a well-balanced Pinot Noir should feel like as it lingers in your mouth and mind. This vintage is an example of why I consider Pinot Noir a brilliant grape.
