Winemaker's Notes:
The 2008 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, blended with Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petite Verdot, offers enticing aromas of raspberry jam and red currant, topped with anise and cassis with underlying hints of cedar and graphite. This wine opens with flavors of raspberry, red currants and black plum followed by vanilla bean, white chocolate and a dusting of sandalwood. The soft rich texture that fills the center of the mouth is a prelude to the lingering finish of silky well integrated tannins. |
