Winemaker's Notes

Almost transparent pale yellow, young, with green shades. Intense and delicate nose. This Sauvignon Blanc stand our for its freshness and complexity, mainly marked by citric fruits, such as grapefruit and lime, tropical fruits, and mineral notes. Fresh on the palate, fresh fruits, well-balanced, mineral, good acidity and volume, long finish.

Critical Acclaim

"This bright sauvignon comes from a vineyard near Santo Domingo, 2.5 miles from the sea. It starts off with a grassy scent, but quickly yields to citrus flavors, sparkling fresh. Pour it as an aperitif. "
