Winemaker's Notes:
Zaco's vinification is based on achieving maximum fruit and freshness through cold pre-maceration, fermentation at lower than normal temperatures (24ºC) and two weeks' maceration. The wine is then left to mature in American and French oak until it is reaching its full potential.
Intense, bright cherry with violet hues. Initial dominant notes of black fruits, violets and liquorice followed by the underlying spicy notes of barrel ageing - vanilla and clove. Full-bodied with a long, fresh finish |
