Winemaker's Notes:

Blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, 7% Merlot

Complex nose of black currants, spice, ripe plums and attractive wood flavors which follow through to the palate. A full-bodied wine with firm, ripe tannins leading to a lingering finish.

Excellent with grilled red meats and game, as well as stews and curries.
