Rating:
(6/6/2014)
Style: Light & Fruity
Pair with: shellfish, clams, scallops
Color: light straw/greenish tint, Aroma: medium, light apple/citrus fruit, light floral, some mineral, hint of vanilla, Body: light, Finish: light. I didn't find the crispness that I read in other reviews. That would probably put a more upfront edge on this wine. Overall, it was a good wine, but not great. 3-4 stars (85).

Typical descriptors of a classic Chablis include a greenish tinge on the wine, minerality and crisp acidity balanced by a round mouthfeel....
