Winemaker's Notes:

 Very pale with slight green hue. Fresh aromas leap out of the glass, full of fresh green apple, sherbet, lifted rosewater and exotic bath salts. The entry is light with a fine bead, but the texture slowly builds with the creamy mousse. The wine is vibrant, showing strong floral flavors and fresh green apples, with an acid and sweetness roundabout that is balanced and focused giving great length and refreshment. It keeps you looking for the next glass!
