Our 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were chosen from Californias finest vineyards. Californias ideal growing climate allows our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to develop gradually, resulting in a wine with good structure and a ripe berry flavor. Six months oak aging added complexity, a round mouthfeel, and a toasty oak flavor on the finish. A medium-bodied wine with intense varietal flavors of cherry and raspberry, and a hint of toasted oak complexity. Our 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon is delicious with beef, lamb or veal flavored with grilled onions.
