Medium bodied reds that go down easy, with smooth tannins and supple fruit.

Earthy & Spicy

Wines where earthy and/or spicy dominate the flavors – typically medium to full body.

Big & Bold

Full bodied wines that have concentrated fruit and are higher in alcohol and/or tannins. Some need age.

Winemaker's Notes

Soft, round, and complex, this luscious maturing Cabernet is surprisingly youthful in the nose and on the palate. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, black pepper, plums and humidor tobacco rise up in the nose. Full of ripe earthy, berry fruit in the mouth with a voluptuous full body, the firm, well balanced tannins provide the perfect structure for this elegant example of Library Selection Cabernet Sauvignon.

Rich, classic dishes like coq au vin, osso buco, rosemary leg of lamb, and roasted duckling will create a match made in heaven for this delicious wine.
