Winemaker's Notes

Terlato Chardonnay comes from Russian River Valley, universally recognized as the best Chardonnay location in California. This Chardonnay is light gold in color. On the nose, apple pie spices (like cinnamon and clove), Granny Smith apple, and stone fruit (like apricot and white peach). There is a crisp acidity, creamy mid-palate, and a long clean finish.

Very disappointing chardonnay. Especially when I have raved about Mischief & Mayhem > the white burgundy from France operated by the same family. Would not repeat my purchase of this one....not a good blend, falls flat on the fruit, smoothness and body of a successful chardonnay
