Called the "king of all wines" in 1685 and given the title "noble" in the late 18th century, Vino Nobile is produced from a classic blend of Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile in Italy), Canaiolo Nero, Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia Toscano and Mammolo grapes.
Excellent wine that explodes on initial taste with a smooth finish. Must have traditional Italian food to complement experience.
alone or with food
CRISP, COMPLEX, GREAT FINISH. GREAT WITH FOOD, ESPECIALLY MEAT, CHEESES AND EVEN CHOCOLATE BISCOTTE
